From its inception, the Brooklyn Aviators have been dedicated to empowering hockey players to reach their full potential in preparation for college or professional hockey careers.
Today, the Brooklyn Aviators stand as a shining example of an exceptional junior hockey program, with a multitude of players attaining remarkable success at advanced levels of play.

Staff
Joshua Fusco
Head Coach Joshua Fusco will be in his first season, 2025-2026, with the Brooklyn Aviators.
Coach Fusco is taking the helm after 6 successful season as the Head Coach and General Manager in the Eastern Hockey League for Team Maryland (4 seasons) and prior to Maryland with the Wilkes-Barre / Scranton Knights (2 seasons). During those seasons with both programs, Fusco also served as an Assistant Coach with the organizations North American Hockey League teams. Prior to the EHL, in his first year as a Head Coach with the WBS Knights he was the Head Coach for their NA3AHL franchise in the 2016-17 season. Fusco also spent time as a coach within the Wilkes-Barre / Scranton Knights youth program and also served as the Head Strength and Condition Coach. During that time previous to the EHL Fusco helped re-start and grow Scranton University Men’s Club Hockey Team.
During his coaching career Fusco has lead his teams every season to post season play including an NA3AHL Finals appearance in 2016-2017, NAHL East Division Championship and Robertson Cup appearance in 2017-2018 and an EHL Frozen Finals appearance in 2018-2019. Coach Fusco brings with him several accomplishments as he was named as Head Coach of the NA3AHL Division All-Star Team (16-17), Assistant Coach EHL College All-Star Team (19-20). Head Coach EHL All-Star Classic (21-22) and Co-Head Coach EHL South Division College All-Star Team (22-23).
Fusco graduated from Finlandia University in 2011 where he played his collegiate career and then continued his education in 2013 with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Coach Fusco is also a level 4 USA Hockey Certified Coach.
